Courtyard By Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel - Linthicum

Great service and very clean.

Rates were a little high, but they were in line with other hotels in the area at that time.

Wasn't worth the money,bathroom ok

Especially liked the greeting we received from a gentleman employee we met in the parking lot. Very outgoing and friendly. He immediately hooked up with my 16 year old grandson. They had quite a banter gong on. I'm sure you know who I mean. Other friends staying there also commented on him. Rooms were great, beds especially.

Decent hotel. They have free shuttle service that came when I called the front desk.

They may give written instructions about how a customer could find the shuttle at the airport, at what times of the day etc.

Victoria the staff person in Maryland who went out of her way and found my husband insulin pens and fed ex them to our home in AZ needs to be recognized for outstanding care and dedication to helping their guests. A big big thank you.

Iron was broke and u asked for another one and it never came

Front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. There was a problem with our reservation and they handled it extremely well and were very patient. Hotel is very clean and comfortable.

No restaurant in hotel but many near by to drive to.

Great location. Shuttle service workers were wonderful and considerate. Front staff knowledgeable and cordial.

Repaving parking lot and told if I didnt park in a certain area my car would be towed before I returned. Very limited parking.

hot tub didnt work! staff is rude! not the cleanest it has a smell of wetness and cob webs in the corner of the walls!

The Manager was not polite when I complained about the ice machine was interrupting my sleep.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was welcoming and very helpful.

although check in staff was trying to be helpful and place our room somewhat near an entrance, I mentioned I did not want to be so close as I have much foot traffic-she placed me in a room right off the conference center on the first floor-needless to say much foot traffic and congregating outside our door late at night as well as first thing in the AM. Manager comped a breakfast but it was very greasy.

The room was very clean & bed was super confortable.

Someone had a party and there was no parking when we got back around 12am, and they told me to just keep driving around till I found one or somebody left.
